Relaunching of Cañaveral Rum to the Venezuelan market
On November 14th of 2013, it was held at the Venezuela Room of Vistarroyo Restaurant in Caracas, the relaunching of Cañaveral Rum, with the presence of the Cañaveral product line distributor Hormann Durr, which were in charge of receiving and entertaining the media and special guests gathered to celebrate this event.
Genuine rum is born from sugar cane, through the production process of cane molasses which is transformed into
ethylic alcohol and this is aged for at least 2 years in oak barrels and when finally gets empty it gives us a rum with unique features.

Anejo Rum is a standard rum with a 2 to 3 years of aged mixes in oak barrels. It is ideal to combine to the consumer's taste.
Extra Anejo Rum is a premium rum with a 4 to 6 years of aged mixes in oak barrels. There are different ways on how to consume it, but it's best on the rocks, with some soda water or water, even a citrusy fuit garnishing such as lemon or orange.The Special Reserve is a Limited Edition ultra premium rum, an elixir for the most demanding and seasoned palates, resting in long periods from 8 to 10 years in American oak barrels, previously selected by our Rum Master. This prestigious product should be consumed dry in a balloon glass, so you can fully appreciate all its tasting notes this particular rum gives us. It is important to say about the image of this Ultra Premium rum that it comes in a decanter-type bottle, with the name of the brand engraved in 24K Gold, a Portuguese cork with a strong wood cap and a luxury case.
